The Story of Sister Faustina Kowalska. She was born as the third child of a poor Polish family of ten children. At the age of fifteen, after only three years of school, she started working to support the family. At the age of twenty, she followed her calling to serve the Catholic Church as a nun. She left for Warsaw and visited several monasteries, but was rejected every time. Sister Faustina claimed to have seen an apparition of Christ in purgatory, and to have seen and spoken to Jesus and Mary several times.
