Ginî Piggu 3: Senritsu! Shinanai Otoko plot
A man is abandoned by his girlfriend and becomes depressed. He decides he doesn't want to live anymore and starts cutting himself. But then something strange happens, because he feels no pain. Out of curiosity, he then begins to experiment more with his body, and indeed discovers that he does not feel any pain. He then switches to other bizarre measures.

Director Masayuki Kusumi opts for a completely different tone compared to the previous parts, because He Never Dies very emphatically goes for a comedic path. There are still a number of dirty and explicit effects that work out impressively for the limited budget, but after a while the pushy and noisy cast members become very tiring. No one has the qualities to deliver the comedic approach well, which makes the final finale very so-so. The run-up is also quite long for a story that does not have much to say in terms of content.
