Orphan Horse plot

Foster child Shelly runs away from home and spends the night in a barn. The next morning, wolves attack a mare there and kill it. The foal remains alive. The barn's owner, retired horse trainer Ben Crowley, recognizes the foal's bond with Shelly and offers to let her stay if she helps train the foal.
