The Informer plot
"Choose your enemies wisely"
War veteran Pete Koslow has been released from prison after being convicted of assault by making a deal with the FBI that will force him to infiltrate the Polish mafia in New York. Just as the operation comes to an end, the case goes horribly wrong due to the unexpected interference of an NYPD undercover agent who is killed in the process. The NYPD investigation quickly establishes a connection to Koslow, prompting the FBI to drop him hard. Who else can Koslow trust? And how can he rescue himself and his family from his plight?

A fine entertaining crime film with raw edges and a fine cast that keeps the story interesting because of their solid roles. The protagonist Joel Kinnaman in particular puts in a great performance.
Nothing new under the sun, but very solid. 7/10

Certainly okay, fascinated from A to Z. A masterpiece starts for me on 4. This film was not. But really good. Missed a revenge to a certain group, but that's part 2 probably.
