Britt-Marie is a woman in her sixties. She lives in a miserable town. She can't stand disorganization and wants everything to happen according to her own way of thinking. She seems rather clumsy socially and her helpful suggestions are usually misinterpreted as criticism. Britt-Marie still hides her imagination and dreams from everyone, but one day she decides to change everything.
