The near future. The world is divided into two sectors and both sides (the humans and the "deviants") are at war with each other. Dominion Harvey has managed to capture some "deviants" and forces them to fight each other. He broadcasts everything on television, so that the whole world can watch. Trikalypse and a few other "deviants" do everything they can to stop Harvey.
