When a new form of the Zika virus spreads in Malaysia, the World Health Organization decides to use an experimental drug to combat the epidemic. Amanah is the company behind this new drug. Not much later, the son of Amanah's big boss is found dead at his desk. Everything points to suicide, but not everyone is convinced.
