The Beach House plot
Cara has left the past and her troubled family behind. While she is losing control of her life, she receives an unusual request from her mother. She accepts the request and returns to the quiet island where she spent her childhood. Cara gets to work on her family's beach house, which is in need of a makeover. During this time, Cara reconnects with an old flame and discovers why her mother asked her to return.
