"High school sucks"
Emo Ethan is a moody student at a private high school. His life is determined by what he hates. He attempts suicide and is expelled from school. He starts at Seymour High, where he meets an optimistic Christian girl who wants to convert him. This, however, causes annoyance both to his fear-filled friends and to her evangelical brethren.
