John O'Hagen is the commander of the Vermont State Trooper barracks he runs with agents Mac, Thorny, Foster, Rabbit and Farva. When an international border dispute arises between the United States and Canada, the 'Super Troopers' are called upon to set up a new Highway-Patrol office in the disputed territory. This is not entirely without problems.
