Nafas plot
In the 1970s, Bahar lives with her father Ghafour and grandmother in Yazd. Bahar lives in her own surreal world full of stories and folklore and can always be found with her nose in a book. At the same time, her country, Iran, is in turmoil. The Shah has been overthrown and the Ayatollah Khomeini is in power. Over several years, during the war with Iraq, Bahar finds refuge in her daydreams and own fantasy.
