Gwang-Il Kim is the son of a high-ranking North Korean official. He arrives in South Korea where he is suspected of having committed murders worldwide. Detective Yi-Do Chae, who follows his instincts, also suspects him. Gwang-Il is protected by officer Jae-Hyuk Park, who works for the NIS government agency.
