A Los Angeles serial killer known as The Gemini ends up torturing and murdering his victims in the dungeon-like basement of his San Fernando Valley home. Gemini has already made seven victims that he has horribly mutilated with a burner. He has chosen Craig Owen, a famous musician, as his eighth victim.
