Jeremiah Tower: The Last Magnificent plot
"Great chefs stand out."
This documentary is both a biopic of a complicated man and an exploration of the joining forces that come together to shape a new American cuisine and create the celebrity chef's cult. At the center is an accomplished hedonist. Chef Jeremiah Tower's career spans the riotous sexual revolution of the 1970s to the dominating spirit of "greed is good" of the 1980s. Key interviews with celebrities and renowned chefs highlight Tower's influence on current food culture and reveal how he transformed the hospitality industry and changed the way we eat.
