Cutie Honey: Tears plot
In a dark world dominated by robots, the rich live in the upper layers of the city and the poor in the lower. The inhabitants of the lower layers are besieged by a toxic rain that comes from polluted waste from above, a by-product of the comfortable lifestyle of the wealthy inhabitants. One day, Hitomi Kisaragi, a beautiful robot from the top tier, and Seiji Hayami, a journalist from the bottom tier, cross paths. They take on their enemy Jill, a new kind of robot without emotions, who rules the city. But to save the inhabitants, Hitomi must make a decision that will change everything...
