"Enjoy your stay"

Mark Crowe is an unsuccessful writer. Jill, his girlfriend, desperately wants Mark to make a career. The couple has to survive on little money and rents a room that is owned by an older couple. Mark and Jill think this is the perfect room. The elderly couple, Henry and Josephine Baker, show a special interest in the lives of Mark and Jill. When Mark and Jill learn that Josephine and Henry have a newborn, they are shocked. Mark rarely leaves the house, becomes paranoid and suspects the couple is spying on them. He decides to find out who the baby is.

A bad low-budget horror film with some disturbing scenes. Otherwise there is no suspense, and better films in its genre have been made.
