"Caged to kill."
Police officer Jack Stone purposefully orchestrates a bank robbery to end up in jail with notorious Russian mob boss Balam. Balam is a very cunning and dangerous crime boss who manages the police force from behind bars. His cell is a lavish private room built especially for him and inaccessible to most. Even the guards are afraid to enter his area in the prison. However, Balam does not know that Jack is coming to take revenge on his family, who were murdered by him in cold blood.
