Alex Faraday, a handsome and ruthless femme fatale, commits a major crime with a bunch of accomplices. However, things don't quite go according to plan. Mediocre film in which a bank robbery does not go according to plan. A standard action movie with a somewhat messy plot that doesn't matter much. The characters are also cliché. The film has enough momentum and the action scenes are nice.

Flashy, yet cringe-inducing acted beginning, which somehow is a logical harbinger of what's to come: a simple, straightforward action thriller. To be honest, I have to say that the first hour afterwards is easy to look at. The action rages on nicely and that combination of a high tempo + limited playing time makes it better than initially thought. It is only towards the end that things still go a bit out of hand due to too much chatter and explaining villains. I can have Olga Kurylenko in yet another action role.
