Beautiful movie. Beautiful story about a young man in a difficult situation. Beautiful love drama.
Can't add much else, nice story, great acting, beautiful surroundings and nice explanation of the rituals of the different tribes in the film.
By the way, I had to laugh when I suddenly heard Dutch voices, then 5 minutes later all the Dutch people were dead. The golden age is briefly depicted as 5 Dutch people chopping some silver and 5 minutes later they are all dead haha.

Wow, what a wonderful film, that it has received so few votes!
You have to be a bit of a sweet-romantic-movies lover to love this, and
luckily that's me 
Very predictable, but I wasn't bored for a moment, I think I'll watch a few more films with Hugh Dancy, what a nice actor, and Jessica Alba also did a great job.
It's also nice that there was some Dutch in it, by the way.
