Barbie in Princess Power plot

"Take flight with a new kind of princess!"

Barbie plays Kara, a modern princess with an ordinary life. One day, Kara is kissed by a magical butterfly and she soon discovers that she now possesses magical powers that turn her into Super Sparkle, her secret crime-fighting alter ego. She flies all over the kingdom to protect the people. Her niece is jealous and catches the butterfly to transform herself into Dark Sparkle, a rival to Kara. Their struggles heat up, but can they super-team when the kingdom is threatened by a real, great enemy?
