Just Eat It: A Food Waste Story plot

The filmmaker couple Rustemeyer and Baldwin focus on food waste. According to one of the experts who list them, a quarter of all groceries end up in the garbage. In an effort to salvage all that discarded food, the filmmakers try to survive for six months on food that is thrown away. Gradually they run into all kinds of aspects surrounding this problem.
