The series follows seven families whose teenage sons train at the Legendary Prep Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is one of the most prestigious and competitive baseball academies in the world, serving as a breeding ground for the absolute top talents (the Major Leagues). While the young athletes fight on the field for their starting positions and athletic dreams, the real drama unfolds in the stands and behind the scenes. The focus is on the parents – and the mothers in particular – who are the biggest supporters, but at the same time each other's fiercest critics.
