In this program, Yotam Ottolenghi, a British chef, restaurateur and author of food books of Israeli descent, who co-owns several restaurants in London, travels to the South and East of the Mediterranean. There he discovers the local cuisine, collects ingredients there, and takes them with him to introduce them to British cuisines.
