Hier Zijn de Van Rossems plot

In this series, historian Maarten van Rossem, together with his sister Sis and his brother Vincent, explore a city in the Netherlands or its immediate vicinity every week. The three Van Rossems show each other places or objects that the others do not yet know (so well) and tell each other the stories that go with it. Maarten does this from his specialty, history, Sis as an art historian and Vincent is an expert in the field of architecture. The Van Rossems are all three excellent storytellers. In addition, they are known for their perspective and dry humor. The three do not always agree.

Afl.5 has to do it partly without Sis, which is a shame, because the chemistry between these three is one of the nicest things the public broadcaster has to offer in recent years. In between the many treatises on art, history and architecture, people continue to complain (and admire, don't forget!) and they still never get bored. It also seems that she will (partly?) be missing from the final episode in Leeuwarden, so I fear the worst for a possible next season. It's just 33.3 percent less fun without her, if not 50.

So get well soon Sis, that you can add at least a few more seasons, and the latter of course also applies to Vincent and Maarten!
