The program Heel Holland Bakt is looking for the most talented home baker in the Netherlands. Ten passionate amateur bakers compete against each other for eight weeks. Who will be the best home baker in the Netherlands? Under the watchful eye of the professional jury, the baking enthusiasts are tested on all disciplines within the baking world; from meringue to apple pie, from bread to savory pie. The jury consists of master pastry chef Robèrt van Beckhoven and successful culinary publicist Janny van der Heijden. All the creations of the amateur bakers are judged by this critical and perfectionist duo.
