The Adventures of Terry Teo plot

While out and about on his skateboard, Terry Teo stumbles upon a gang of gunrunners led by Ray Vegas. Vegas's henchmen, Curly and Blue, pursue Terry and kidnap him. Terry's older brother, Ted, and his sister, Polly, set out to rescue him. Fortunately, Polly is a martial arts expert.
