Pie is a modern fairy tale about eight-year-old Kadir and his father Umut who rediscover the sweet side of life after a sad event. Kadir wants to become a polar explorer when he grows up. He knows all about penguins and has an indestructible perseverance. His father Umut is the best pastry chef in the world, but since the death of his wife, Umut is sad. Kadir pulls out all the stops to make him happy again. When father and son move to a village where no one is waiting for Umut's beautiful pastries, Kadir knows what to do: everyone has to eat the cake.
