Young Wallander plot
Young Wallander takes you back to the beginning of Kurt Wallander's career in the police force. He has just graduated from police academy when he is confronted with the murder of a teenager, which he believes could have been prevented. As this struggle runs through his mind, he tries to figure out who is to blame for the attack on the teen.

The plot was fine, but that's about the only positive thing. The biggest downside for me was the protagonist/leading role: what a sleep-inducing figure and what a sickening voice that guy has. In addition, I think he also had a stiff neck throughout the series. This is more like an actor for a completely different movie, as a hypnotist or something.
They could have used the plot better for a movie, not for a series of about 5 hours. Unfortunately, a second season is not for me.

A curious Netflix euro pudding that raises several questions. The series is set in Sweden but was shot in the Eastern Bloc; everyone speaks english, even the swedish actors; it is a prequel but takes place in the present. And yet it does have something. After a stiff start, the plot is quite exciting, the acting is excellent and visually everything is very neatly arranged. As far as I'm concerned, just a bit too scanty to be able to justify multiple seasons, but with six episodes quite okay.
