Wittekerke plot
This series is set in Wittekerke, a quiet coastal town where people still know each other and it is a good place to live. All ages and social layers of the population have found their place here. Café "De Schorre" is therefore the meeting place for a pint, a chat and gossip. In Wittekerke people fall in love, get married, have children, argue, reconcile or divorce, try to build a new life, with or without success. Wittekerke is a smile and a tear, jealousy and romance.

Lesser version of better soaps like Familie & Thuis (on Flemish soil that is), it's all just a lot less, stiffer, less naturally acted, everything should make it look like you're watching a normal day-to-day community and that is rarely the case with me. Mediocre.
