Willem van Oranje plot

William of Orange tells the special life story of our Father of the Fatherland. Although loyal to the Spanish crown, William of Orange-Nassau becomes conscientious when he hears Philip II's plans. Bloody inquisitions against the Protestants in Europe are being planned, which will not skip the Dutch people either. Although Catholic, Willem is absolutely against any form of violation of religious freedom. Friendship and love, as well as intrigue and betrayal, have all been part of the fascinating life of the founder of the current Dutch royal family.
