Toon plot
Toon is a very calm and introverted boy. He prefers to sit quietly in his room to play games and music. Everything changes when he plays a song on his guitar during a party with a little too much booze. One of those present puts the performance on YouTube and Toon is world famous the next day. The socially awkward composer of advertising music Toon then has to find his way in the terrible showbiz world.

Seen again for the third time or so, since the first release via KPN Presenteert. One of the very, very few Dutch-language things I can watch. And quite awesome at the same time.
Characters are all perfectly cast. The recognizable awkwardness of certain situations is excellently displayed. The story is of course not realistic, but the chemistry between the characters is, very much so. Or rather the lack of it. At times almost physically painful to watch, that's how well the awkward conversations are portrayed. Absurd TV/showbiz world and social media craziness are nicely mocked.
Very addictive. Before you know it you'll be watching him in one go.
