Three Little Birds plot
The series follows three women who travel from Jamica to England in the 1950s. Leah and Chantelle are sisters and travel with their Bible-loving acquaintance Hosanna. They are ready to experience a new world. They already have friends and family in the country; people who have written to them to share some of the country's highlights. What they didn't share were the low points. These three women are thrown into an England that is racist and simply wants them out of the country.
