The Porter plot
The twenties of the last century. The world is trying to rebuild itself after World War I. In the Canadian Little Burgundy, which at the time was also known as the 'Harlem of the North' because of the large number of colored inhabitants, people are preparing for another hard fight: the one against racism. A group of railroad workers from Montreal, Chicago and Detroit join forces in this fight for equality, forming the first union of people of color.
