The Millionaire plot

John Beresford Tipton is a multimillionaire who does several things with his money, including giving away a million dollars to people he doesn't know. Each week, Tipton, who remains in the background, instructs his assistant Michael Anthony to bring a check to the person he chose. He also asks them to sign an agreement that obliges them not to tell anyone how they got the money. After receiving the money, we then see how the life of the recipients changes.
