The Children plot

Sue and Cameron, both divorced and the parent of a child, move in together. This causes their children, the teenage Jack, Cameron's son, and the girl Emily, Sue's daughter, to fall through the cracks. They all have their own problems. All this is compounded when Emily mysteriously perishes when she falls from the swing in the backyard.
