Shin'ya shokudou: Tokyo Stories plot
In an alleyway of a busy neighborhood in Japan, there is a small eatery called Meshiya, which its customers refer to as 'Midnight Diner'. This small eatery, run by the Master himself, is only open from midnight to 7am in the morning. The menu includes a miso soup set of pork, beer, saké, and shochu, but the master's policy is to make whatever his customers ask. All he asks in return is their appreciation and their stories.
