Yes, I also like this one better than S1, for the reasons thomzi50 states, even the best of all seasons. The second episode is straight forward for a change and has a nice atmosphere. I like the third episode because of Moriarty and the ending.
Sherlock's other strengths remain the combination of humor and suspense/killing (and more drama in the later seasons), and the homely setting of Baker Street, which is almost a character in itself.
What I don't like is that the tricks are often the same. For example, for the umpteenth time Watson's funny apologetic look when Sherlock is once again rude in his contact with other people. Sherlock is also a wonderful series.
