Sedes & Belli plot
Frank Sedes and Lena Belli are two private detectives. They form a team within the detective agency 'Scan Recherche', which is located in the port area of Ostend. They still work together with four other colleagues. Their boss is Vic Moens. The Scan detectives' assignments begin when customers call on them because they cannot or do not dare to knock on the door of the police, because a particular case is too sensitive, or because they see Scan as the last resort.

Don't know much about it yet, but I can remember that even as a young teenager I thought it was bad. Must have been another overly stiff series in which the characters all have perfect diction.
