Providence plot

dr. Sydney Hansen leaves her job as a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills and returns to her hometown of Providence, Rhode Island. Sydney moves in with her father Jim, brother Robbie, sister Joanie and Joanie's baby Hannah in the suburb of Providence, which is also home to her father's veterinary clinic. Sydney's mother dies, but she continues to appear to Sydney as a ghost and give her advice.
