Pelotaris 1926, Las plot

Three female Basque platoon players try to make their dreams come true by overcoming the prevailing prejudices and limitations of the 1920s, when men monopolized all power. Chelo, Idoia and Itzi are successful athletes who accept the consequences of breaking the norm in a world where ambition and sexual freedom were denied to the female gender.
