Partisan plot
Johnny gets a new job in Jordnära, a remote Swedish village with an idyllic community. Within the gated community that runs a successful organic farm, he befriends Nicole and Maria, two teenage foster children. However, he soon realizes that the rules and routines within the community are somewhat unorthodox.

A unique story with many unlikely moments. To start with a tip: if you want to catch the opening scene of the 5 episodes of the first season, you will have to watch season two as well. The first season takes some getting used to if you are used to the 'normal' Scandinavian crime series. It leans a bit towards mystery crime. Many well-known actors who play well-drawn characters in a cult-like environment. At times hard, exciting and it remains fascinating. The ending is again rather unsatisfactory; one more reason to watch season two right after it.
