With municipal elections looming in Marseille, Robert Taro, the mayor of the past 20 years, is preparing for a final coup: pushing through a vote to build a casino in the historic center of the marina. Nothing is left to chance, and his successor, Lucas Barrès, has already been designated. However, the high ambitions and secret interests of the city's leaders hinder the mayor's plans.
