Life Sentence plot
A young woman, Stella Abbott, is diagnosed with terminal cancer. When she finds out she's not going to die after all, she has to learn to live with the choices she made when she decided to "live as if she were dying." As she adjusts to her post-cancer world, she discovers how her husband and family must also deal with the self-destructive choices they made to help Stella enjoy what she thought her last years were.
