Julia plot
Julia is inspired by the extraordinary life of Julia Child, the inventor of cooking shows, and her show The French Chef. After publishing her iconic cookbook "Mastering the Art of French Cooking," Child begins her first television series, "The French Chef," on public television station WGBH. Child faces opposition from the sexist and elite producers on the station, but with the help of her friends and allies, turns her television show into a huge phenomenon.
