Il Miracolo plot

The series focuses on the political, religious and scientific upheaval that follows the discovery of a miraculous statue of the Virgin Mary that weeps blood. This magical event shakes the lives of four people. A police officer, the Italian Prime Minister, a priest and a hematologist. They do everything they can to keep the miracle a secret, because it could have major consequences for the already polarized and torn Italian society.
