Harry O plot

Harry Orwell is a private investigator who was forced to leave the San Diego Police Department after a shooting incident left a bullet near his spine. His friend and contact at the SDPD, Lieutenant Manny Quinlan, helps him with business. When Harry isn't working on business, he spends his time repairing his boat, 'The Answer'. Later in the series, he moves to Los Angeles to work as a private detective, but for Lieutenant KC Trench, Harry's new contact with the LAPD, he's more of a curse than a blessing there.
