Glaskupan plot
Criminologist Lejla returns to her childhood home in a small village in Sweden. As a child, she was held captive by an unknown perpetrator, locked in a glass dome. Now, another young girl has disappeared without a trace. Together with her former police chief, she investigates the girl's disappearance.

Excellent Swedish crime drama, developed and (co)written by Camilla Läckberg. The miniseries is very exciting and exceptionally atmospheric (so pleasantly depressing) in images. The plot is cleverly constructed, the characters are captivating and the pace is good, which makes you want to keep watching. The six episodes fly by.

Yes, I think it's great. That desolate landscape that doesn't exactly make you happy, gives the story extra cachet. Except for the language, which I find horrible. But the story unfolds calmly, to then reach a climax that I don't see coming in the slightest. Everyone is well cast, and plays more than well. I don't have the idea for a moment that I'm watching a series, as if I'm in the middle of it myself. The story is not unnecessarily stretched, but I still thought it was a shame that there weren't more episodes. 4 stars as far as I'm concerned, so an 8.
