El Silencio plot

Sergio Cicsar killed his parents a few years ago by pushing them off the balcony of their home. This earned him the nickname “The Balcony Murderer”. This action landed him in prison for six years. The special thing about Sergio is that he hasn't spoken a word since the moment of the double murder. To make sure he is no longer a threat to society, the authorities must find out why he killed his parents. The young psychiatrist Ana Dussel is called in to try to gain his trust and hopefully get him to talk.

Horrible implausible, annoying and poorly acted series. Not surprising, because there are few really good series from Spain. Another tip, why in a series let someone smoke when she's clearly never seen a cigarette from afar is a bit like making a lot of people drink from an obviously empty bag......

At first I thought the series was fine. It's strange that someone, after serving his sentence, is only observed with means that I think only belong in a spy film. Not much hi-tech by the way, because the quality of the video images is from the 1970s. Developments are slow. The episodes become copies of each other. The final episode is very dramatic and completely unbelievable.

But it wasn't that bad. I wanted to know how it would end.

It was difficult for me to assess the acting because of the language. If the actors were assigned to play the dying swan in the last episode, they succeeded.
