Der Ranger - Paradies Heimat plot

After five years in Canada, Jonas returns to Europe. He takes a job as a park ranger in a breathtakingly beautiful sandstone national park filled with rocky canyons and lush forests. Jonas' duties are multifaceted: caring for visitors and the natural environment, as well as law enforcement, firefighting and mountain rescue. It is never long before he has to prove his many practical talents, empathy and dedication - in his professional life or in his dealings with family, friends and colleagues. Only his love life lacks direction.
