Art Detectives plot
The Heritage Crime Unit is a small police team consisting of art enthusiast DI Mick Palmer and the down-to-earth DC Shazia Malik. Palmer and Malik tackle cases involving art and antiques, ranging from a vandalized painting and stolen Viking gold to a missing Chinese vase. While Mick tries to solve these demanding cases, he also has to navigate his romance with museum curator Rosa. He also has to deal with the sudden return of his father, Ron, who happens to be one of Britain's most notorious forgers.
